Rentals Facility Overview

As with all daily rentals, a Full Clubhouse Kitchen is included. Our kitchen includes for your use (3) Chafing Dishes, a (60) and (100) cup Coffee Urn, Plates and Silverware for (100), bowls, coffee cups, kitchen utensils, mixing bowls, chafing insert trays, commercial sink, stove/oven, micro-wave, toaster oven, under-counter refrigerator/freezer. We also provide paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cotton kitchen/bar towels. Also included, (10) 30″x72″ folding tables, (12) 36″x36″ folding tables and (80) folding chairs.

The Hollydale Clubhouse offers plenty of room, all in a comfortable country setting with a good old-school river summer-time vibe, within walking distance to the Russian River (Mother’s Beach). Whether it be a small informal gathering, office retreat get-away or up to a full formal wedding/reception, we’ve done it and can help with the details.

Consider this space for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, engagement & baby showers, classes or community meetings. Schedule a tour, or better yet, come to an event and check the Clubhouse out in full swing!

Rental rates are based on a sliding scale dependent on time of year, number of guests, type of gathering and use (wear) of facilities. Facility Rentals are only available to current (active) Clubhouse members in good standing.
